Welcome and Congratulations to getting to Phase 2 of the Academy!

In this phase, you will be taking the language you learned from Phase 1, and pairing it with psychology to be able to apply it in conversations with our systems.

This phase is designed to change the way you think, to allow you to understand and take control of the conversation, so that you sound like the professional you are to transfer your certainty to the customer.

Don’t forget! Every Monday and Thursday at 9:00pm Eastern, we will be hosting our Mastermind Session. These sessions compose of brainstorming and trainings to continue to evolve our craft at an accelerated rate. So be sure to take notes, ask questions, and join the sessions!
